The Rooms
The villa has 8 beautiful rooms, all with a charming and beautiful interior and wall paper. 2 rooms have 3 beds, 6 rooms have 2 beds that can be separated if wanted. 7 rooms have a work desk. All rooms have a coffee table and comfortable chair for relaxing. Great accommodation for groups or families.
Self cater or cater

Self catering is both practical and reduces cost of accomodation. If you have a group of guests that need special dietary due to allergies or life style, you can prepare what works for you. You can eat when you want, and what you please. The kitchen is well equipped, has a double fridge and two dish washers.

If your group want meals included, you can contact us and we can include catering for an additional cost.

Look Around
Villa Fjellheim is located central in Jostedal. Closest neighbor is Breheimsenteret, and you have a beautiful view, and walking distance to the glacier Nigardsbreen.

The villa has a large, private garden with garden furniture, fire-pit, barbeque and a croquet to play.
​
At the Breheimsenteret they serve pizza and sandwiches every day in summer. They always serve fresh coffee, cakes and alcoholic beverages.
​
2 minutes drive from the villa you find the local supermarket, and a hotel where they also serve traditional food and drinks every day.
​
Activities in the area include rafting, glacier hiking, kayak, skiing, riding, zip line, mountain trekking and more.

"We chose this place because of its location to the glacier. It is a 6 minutes drive to the entrance of the National Glacier Park. It turns out both of the two rooms we stayed in have a view of the glacier which is the view we cannot see enough. The host Janniche is very helpful and she keeps the place spotless and the decoration is very tasteful. The kitchen is fully equipped and she is very generous with the supplies with everything. The toilets and the bathrooms are clean and the supplies are plenty.... We prepared the breakfast we like and cooked dinners there like we were at home. We have had a very pleasant stay and we certainly recommend this lovely place for everyone. We would like to thank her for opening her place to host us. "What isn't there to love about this beautiful place? It's been tastefully and thoughtfully renovated by its owners,. Janniche, a truly lovely person who is on hand for everything from laundry dryer guidance to waffle tutorials, can tell you the fascinating history of the place. With a large shared kitchen and plentiful shared bathroom space, everything has been carefully considered and structured to support guests, down to comforting touches like nice shampoo, conditioner, and soaps. Janniche keeps a VERY well-stocked kitchen (such a joy for anyone who loves to cook more complex things while traveling), and other guests are generous about bequeathing their unneeded extra groceries when they check out... To top it off, the villa is surrounded by the fantastic scenery of the area and you can see the Nigardsbreen from sitting points in and out of the villa. Thank you, Janniche!"

"This is our second year at Villa Fjellheim in connection with our annual ski trip. The villa is perfect for both large and small groups, and is equipped with good practical solutions from start to finish. It is easy to stay here!
The villa is idyllically located with a view of the Nigardsbreen glacier, and has a charming atmosphere for relaxation and coziness after active days in the mountains.
The location also provides the best starting point for active days with ski slopes, hiking trails and mountain peaks right outside the door!
